1) The BLGU, Bagacay, Barcelona, Sorsogon, through the Barangay 20% Development Fund CY2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Water System (Main) Purok 2 / 2026-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BLGU, Bagacay, Barcelona, Sorsogon now invites bids for Improvement of Water System (Main) Purok 2 (Improvement of Water System with Submersible Pump) at Barangay Bagacay, Barcelona, Sorsogon. Completion of the Works is required 15 CD. Bidders should have completed, within the prescribed period from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
