1. The Barangay Pancho Villa, Sogod, Southern Leyte, through the Barangay Local Funds intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php122, 700.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Goods (Construction Materials for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Pancho Villa, Sogod, Southern Leyte now invites bids for Procurement of Goods (Construction Materials for the Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building). Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (7) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Thirty (7) Calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
