1) The Municipality of Real, Quezon, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund CY 2026 (Supplemental Budget No. 1), intends to apply the sum of PhP 6, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AT BRGY. TIGNOAN, REAL, QUEZON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Real, Quezon, now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AT BRGY. TIGNOAN, REAL, QUEZON. Completion of the Works is required within 180 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
