Barangay Poloyagan, Pagadian City
1. The Barangay Poloyagan, through the Barangay Fund (20% EDF) for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for “IMPROVEMENT OF WATER PUMPING SYSTEM AT BARANGAY POLOYAGAN”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2. The Barangay Poloyagan now invites Bids for “IMPROVEMENT OF WATER PUMPING SYSTEM AT BARANGAY POLOYAGAN”, Pagadian City. Completion of the works is required Twelve (12) Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have Completed within Five (5) Years from the date of Submission and receipt of Bids, a Contract similar to the Subproject. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in section II.
