IMPROVEMENT OF VARIOUS SCHOOL BUILDING AT PNHS
1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the LSB intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand One Pesos and Sixty Centavos (₱ 1, 169, 001.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Various School Building at PNHS. Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for Improvement of Various School Building at PNHS using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the civil works is required 70 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
