Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office- MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Twenty-Eight Thousand Fifty-One Pesos & 02/100 (Php4, 028, 051.02) representing the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot, to wit:

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
