Invitation to Bid for Improvement of Tubigon Plaza
1) The Municipality of Tubigon, through the the budget for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan through an Appropriation Ordinance for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Three Five Hundred Seventy-One Pesos and 31/100 (Php 1, 993, 571.31) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Tubigon Plaza. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Tubigon now invites bids for Improvement of Tubigon Plaza. Completion of the Works is required Forty-Five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 year period from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
