IMPROVEMENT OF TARLAC PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL - OPD BUILDING (IMPROVEMENT WORKS AT GRAND ENTRANCE) AT TPH COMPOUND, SAN VICENTE, TARLAC CITY
1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Eight Pesos & 32/100 (Php 994, 868.32) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Tarlac Provincial Hospital - OPD Building ( Improvement Works at Grand Entrance) at TPH Compound, San Vicente, Tarlac City / B-CW-2024-009-R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within thirty-five (35) calendar days.
