Improvement of Tarlac Groundwater Irrigation System
IB No. NIA-TAR-2026-14-TGIS
1. The NIA-Tarlac Irrigation Management Office (NIA-TARLAC IMO), through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Six and 56/100 Pesos Only (Php 13, 018, 256.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Tarlac Groundwater Irrigation System located in Concepcion and La Paz, Province of Tarlac with IB No. NIA-TAR-2026-14-TGIS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA - Tarlac Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
