IMPROVEMENT OF STAGE AT MANCUP ELEMENTARY SCHOOL



1. The Municipality of Calasiao through the Annual Budget 2026(20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos(P1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Stage at Mancup Elementary School. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Calasiao now invites bids for Improvement of Stage at Mancup Elementary School.. Completion of the Works is required for Thirty Five(35) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).

3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
