Invitation to Bid for the Improvement of Sports Center/Complex at New Corella, Davao del Norte
1) The Local Government Unit of New Corella, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Thousand (3, 300, 000.00) Pesos only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Sports Center/Complex at New Corella, Davao del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of New Corella now invites bids for Improvement of Sports Center/Complex at New Corella, Davao del Norte. Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
