Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SENIOR CITIZEN BUILDING (LABOR, DELIVERY AND SUPPLY OF MATERIALS)
1. The LGU-Garchitorena, through the BEDF 2026, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php160, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF SENIOR CITIZEN (LABOR, DELIVERY AND SUPPLY OF MATERIALS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-Garchitorena now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF SENIOR CITIZEN (LABOR, DELIVERY AND SUPPLY OF MATERIALS, under the Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) procedure. Delivery of the goods/materials is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail evaluation and the Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) system, with 85% allocated to the quality proposal and 15% to the price proposal, as the award criteria in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.
