1) The Barangay Local Government Unit of Sampaloc, Gainza Camarines Sur, through the Barangay Economic Development Fund (EDF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Eleven Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Eight Pesos and 60/100 (₱ 911, 478.60) the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF SECOND FLOOR OF EVECUATION CENTER PHASE II. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
