1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Linao, Rapu-Rapu, Albay, through the Budget for the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for detailed as follows:
Item Description Fund Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) (in Php) Cost of Bid Documents Contract Duration 20% LDF CY 2025 Projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Improvement of Seawall - P 200, 000.00
