IMPROVEMENT OF SCHOOL BUILDING AND FACILITIES AT PNHS
1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the LSB intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (₱ 260, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of School Building and Facilities at PNHS Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for the Improvement of School Building and Facilities at PNHS using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the civil works is required 30 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
