1) The Local Government Unit of Mulanay, Quezon through the Office of the Municipal Mayor /MENRO-SWM General Fund-Capital Outlay for FY 2025/APP 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million, Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand, One Hundred Sixty Three Pesos and Thirty Seven Cents (Php 2, 998, 163.37) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Sanitary Landfill (Phase I) - 2nd Posting/2025-11-030-Infra. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Mulanay, Quezon now invites bids for the abovementioned procurement, located at Barangay Cambuga, Sitio Philseed Mulanay, Quezon Completion of the Works is required within Ninety Nine (99) Calendar Days.
