Description : The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the MDRRM Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million NIne Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos and 66/100 (Php1, 999, 999.66) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract IMPROVEMENT OF SAN DIMAS EVACUATION CENTER.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
The LGU-Malinao now invites bids for the above-mentioned project to be completed within 90 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
