5.1 SUBJECT OF THE ORDER: The subject of the order is: Improvement of road safety at pedestrian crossings on DK35 in Widnica. The subject of the order is to be implemented in the "Design and Build" system, on DK35 in the area of ​​Zamenhofa, Esperantystw and Szarych streets. Series and consists of two parts: a) development of design documentation (Technical Design), in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 524, as amended), b) execution of construction works based on the developed design documentation (Design Technical), in the locations indicated and specified in detail in points 1.1, 1.2. PFU Functional and Utility Program - Appendix No. 10 to SWZ. 5.3 SCOPE OF THE ORDER1. The scope of the order includes 10 separate tasks, the implementation of which is described in the FFU - Annex No. 10 to the SWZ:1.1 Design works described in detail in point 2.1 of the FUP - Annex No. 10 to the SWZ, including: development of design documentation in the form of a Technical Design including separate studies for each location of the rebuilt crossing, including: PZT for map for advisory purposes, Technical description of the project, Single-line diagram of lamp power supply, Photometric calculations...
