IMPROVEMENT OF ROAD WITH LINE CANAL AT BRGY. BULIHAN MALVAR, BATANGAS
1. The Municipality of Malvar through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 006-12 Series of 2025 dated December 12, 2025 as Annual Budget for CY 2026 of Municipality of Malvar- 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (P 5, 000, 000.00) the ABC to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF ROAD WITH LINE CANAL AT BRGY. BULIHAN MALVAR, BATANGAS with Solicitation Number I-052026-010568. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malvar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion Works is required within 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
