Description : Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB license applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
Pre-Bid conference will be on June 3, 2026, Wednesday, 10:00 AM at the BAC Meeting Room, Magsaysay Barangay Hall, Magsaysay, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
Bid Documents are available during office hours starting May 26, 2026, at the BAC-Secretariat, Magsaysay Barangay Hall and upon payment of a non-refundable amount for bid documents as shown above to the BLGU Treasurer, Magsaysay.
