1. The Local Government Unit of Sikatuna, through the 20% Development Fund CY - 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTEEN PESOS ONLY (Php 1, 256, 913.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT/REHABILITATION OF PUBLIC MARKET SIKATUNA -2026-INFRA-09. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Sikatuna now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT/REHABILITATION OF PUBLIC MARKET SIKATUNA -2026-INFRA-09. Completion of the Works is required within 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
