Products or services: Construction of civil works These bases regulate the process of the public proposal carried out by the Municipality of Viña del Mar, for the contracting and execution of the work called “Improvement of the Evacuation System of rainwater in Palacio Rioja." The project consists of the repair and improvement of the property's rainwater evacuation system. The works include the complete cleaning of the system, the repair of its critical points, the waterproofing of the total of the channels and the installation of bird deterrent methods. It must be kept in mind that the Rioja Palace is a property protected by the National Monuments Law NO17288, in the category of Historical Monument. The works must comply strictly to the technical specifications, project plans and current good construction standards. The complementary background that is part of this project is indicated in the Intervention Plans L01, L02 and in the “Report of state of conservation Historical Monument Palacio Rioja".
