1)The Municipal Government of Adams, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund CY-2026 and pursuant to Municipal Appropriation Ordinance No. 08-2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos and 70/100 Only (Php 998, 655.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC COMFORT ROOMS, MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING / MUNICIPAL HALL - Purok Lower Uno, Adams, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
