The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Cagayan from Special Purpose Appropriation 2026 Office of the Municipal Engineer of the Municipality of Claveria, Cagayan, would like to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Three Thousand Two Hundred Thirty One Pesos (Php 2, 903, 231.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC CEMETERY at Malilitao, Claveria, Cagayan.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
