Description : INVITATION TO BID
1. The Provincial Government Aklan, through PEO Capital Outlay CY 2026 (Improvement/ Rehabilitation of Provincial Office Building) intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1, 569, 000.00) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Provincial Procurement Service Office, PGSO/ PSWDO Warehouse Building, Capitol Site, Kalibo, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 246 Series 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
