1) The Provincial Government of Cagayan through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVBENTY THREE PESOS AND EIGHTY THREE CENTAVOS ( 4, 999, 673.83) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF PROVINCIAL CAPITOL, CAPITOL COMPOUND, CAGAYAN - IMPROVEMENT OF PROVINCIAQL BUDGET OFFICE PHASE 2, CAPITOL COMPOUND, TUGUEGARAO CITY ( 2026-20%DF-8000-1-1-008-006-002-011-TUG- 063).
