1) The Local Government Unit of Paluan, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Pesos and 72/100 (Php3, 999, 530.72) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Proposed Municipal Cemetery (Construction of Perimeter Fence) with ID No. 11 - 26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Paluan now invites bids for Improvement of Proposed Municipal Cemetery (Construction of Perimeter Fence). Completion of the Works is re-quired 148 CD. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submis-sion and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
