1. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, through the R.A. 7171 - A.O. No. 2026-05 intends to apply the sum Twenty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand, Eight Hundred Sixty-Nine Pesos & 28/100 (Php29, 996, 869.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Potable Water System at Brgy. Daclapan, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur with Contract No. 2026-04-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 365 calendar days.
