1) The Municipality of Binalbagan, through the Budget Approved by the Sanggunian C.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Nine Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Pesos (P 509, 490.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Poblacion Public Market at Poblacion, Binalbagan Negros Occidental with Project No. MOB-2026-020. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
