Products or services: Construction of civil works The objective of this public tender is to contract the execution of the works called “IMPROVEMENT PLAZA BERNARDA MORÍN”. The intervention is specifically limited to the perimeter formed along Bernarda Morín Street, Terranova and Canada, areas that constitute the node of Bernarda Morín Plaza. The general objective of the project is to comprehensively improve Bernarda Morín Plaza, raising its urban and functional standards to consolidate it as a safe, accessible, inclusive, sustainable and representative public space of communal identity. Among its specific objectives is the renovation of the deteriorated sidewalks around the square, replacement of pavements inside, furniture urban, incorporation of sustainable gardens with automatic irrigation, new trees, greater lighting and the incorporation of a continuous sidewalk to cross from the center of the square to Bernarda Morín street south. These works seek to restore the functionality of the space and prevent future deterioration that affects the quality of the environment. The special conditions of this tender and the characteristics and details of the execution of the works will be those indicated in the Administrative Bases. General works (according to Decree EX. NO450/2025 that contains them), in these Special Administrative Bases, in the Technical Specifications and other background information that makes up this bidding process, all of which will be published through the Public Market Portal platform www.mercadopublico.cl hereinafter the Portal.
