1) The BARANGAY LEMU NORTE, ENRILE through the FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR PESOS AND 40/100 (₱487, 984.40) the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF PERIMETER FENCE OF BARANGAY HALL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BARANGAY LEMU NORTE, ENRILE now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF PERIMETER FENCE OF BARANGAY HALL. Completion of the Works is required 30 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within 2 YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
