Description : Invitation to Bid for Improvement of People-s Center Building at Barangay Gumahan
1. The LGU Josefina, through the 20% E.D.F. Prior Years (Supplemental Budget No. 1 AIP 2024) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php500, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of People-s Center Building at Barangay Gumahan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Josefina now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the work items is required within 40 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a project contract similar to the said project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
