IMPROVEMENT OF PEDAY FMR, EKIP
1) The MUNICIPALITY OF BOKOD, through the MDF 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF PEDAY FMR, EKIP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF BOKOD, now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF PEDAY FMR, EKIP. Completion of the Works is 62 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
