1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the 2026 GENERAL FUND - PROPER intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY - SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 1, 987, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF PAYAO GOVERNMENT OFFICE BUILDING (TEMPORARY CSC OFFICE) - Project ID No.: JUL22-2026-164. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
