Invitation to Bid for Improvement of Pathway Tanap to Dangdanggo
1. The Tamboan Local Government Unit, through the COMMUNITY DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT (CDD)2025 intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE PESOS AND FORTY-SEVEN CENTAVOS (549, 575.47) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Improvement of Pathway Tanap to Dangdanggo, 2026-06-01A-TAM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Tamboan Local Government Unit now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
