Description : 1. The Brgy. Cabac, Daram, Samar, through the 20% Development Fund-2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five Pesos only (P299, 995.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Pathwalk of Purok 3 to Purok 4, Brgy. Cabac, Daram, Samar, INFRA 2026-3.3 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Brgy. Cabac, Daram, Samar now invites bids for Improvement of Pathwalk of Purok 3 to Purok 4, Brgy. Cabac, Daram, Samar. Completion of the Works is required within 40 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
