1) The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Bulacan, through the 2026 Supplemental Budget (General Fund) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Pesos (Php2, 327, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Oval (Rubberized Paint) in San Miguel National High School. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Bulacan now invites bids for the Improvement of Oval (Rubberized Paint) in San Miguel National High School. Completion of the Works is required within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
