1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF JORDAN through the GENERAL FUND OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF JORDAN intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY THREE & 90/100 (Php2, 166, 623.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the project IMPROVEMENT OF THE OLD CEMETERY (PHASE 2)
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Jordan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of work is required within One Hundred Calendar Days (100) from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
