Description : Invitation to Bid for IMPROVEMENT OF OFFICE BUILDING, VILLAROSE, CABARROGUIS, QUIRINO
1. The Barangay Local Government of Villarose through the 20% Barangay Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN PESOS & 80/100 PESOS (273, 457.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract IMPROVEMENT OF OFFICE BUILDING VILLAROSE, CABARROGUIS, QUIRINO and Project Identification Number BLGU-VRCQ-IP-2026-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government of Villarose now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required TEN (10) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
