Description : 1. The Barangay Alegria, Ormoc City, Leyte, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Sixty Two Pesos only (Php454, 062.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Improvement of New Multi Purpose Building” @ Brgy. Alegria, Ormoc City, Leyte Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Alegria, Ormoc City, Leyte, now invites bids for “Improvement of New Multi Purpose Building” @ Brgy. Alegria, Ormoc City, Leyte . Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
