INVITATION TO BID FOR IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL PLAZA AT BARANGAY III
The Municipality of Magallanes, Cavite, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under DF intends to apply the sum of Six Million Seven Hundred Eight Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Two Pesos and Fifty-Three Centavos (PHP 6, 708, 552.53) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL PLAZA AT BARANGAY III. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Magallanes, Cavite now invites bids for the above contract to be submitted at the BAC Office. Completion of the contract is required one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of the advice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within one hundred twenty(120) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
