IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL MAYORS OFFICE (2ND BID)
1. The Local Government Unit of Lantapan, through Capital Outlay intends to apply the Nine Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand One Hundred Seventy-One Pesos & 21/100 (PhP 976, 171.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Municipal Mayors Office IB # 2026-03-027. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Lantapan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
