Description : 1) The Municipality of Esperanza, through the Trust Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Four Pesos and 23/100 Centavos (Php1, 152, 944.23) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Municipal Heritage Museum. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2) The Municipality of Esperanza now invites bids for Improvement of municipal heritage museum it involves landscaping works at the front of municipal heritage museum, Poblacion, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within “within five (5) years” from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).



3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
