IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH CENTER
1) The Municipality of Santol, through the 20% MDF_2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY [Php 500, 000.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH CENTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Santol, now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH CENTER. Bidders should have completed, within 24 Calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
