Invitation to Bid
for the
Improvement of Municipal Hall Buildings
located @ Poblacion, Cordova, Cebu
1) The Municipality of Cordova, through the 20% Economic Development Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (PhP3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Municipal Hall Buildings. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Cordova now invites bids for the Supply of Materials, Labor & Equipment for the said project. Completion of the Works is required in 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
