Description : 1) The LGU-Josefina, through the Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of PHP 400, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Municipal Hall Building (Municipal Engineering Office). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
