1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF JORDAN through the GENERAL FUND OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF JORDAN intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO PESOS & 46/100 (Php5, 744, 282.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the project IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL GROUNDS (MUNICIPAL PARK)
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Jordan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of work is required within One Hundred Twenty Five Calendar Days (125) from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
