The LGU Mankayan, through the SIP NO. 01-2026 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIVE PESOS AND 16/100 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL GROUNDS (CONSTRUCITON OF GROUTED RIPRAP) FOR TRICYCLE TERMINAL, POBLACION 2026-INFR-0055. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
