1. The Municipal Government of Busuanga, through Reprogramming/Realignment (300, 000.00)Saving from other Obligations (199, 923.29) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL FACILITY (NBI CLEARANCE CENTER).Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Busuanga now invites bids for IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL FACILITY (NBI CLEARANCE CENTER). Delivery of the Goods is required Fifty-five (55) days. Bidders should have completed, within One (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
