REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The Municipal Government of Gasan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the item/s indicated in project entitled Improvement of Municipal Cemetery (Additional Niches) with an Approved Budget for Contract of Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Two Pesos and Nineteen Centavos Only (Php299, 682.19) in accordance with Rule IV, Sec. 34 of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act, and the use of Small Value Procurement (SVP) in its IRR, Rule IV-Modes of Procurement.
